Manual Tri-Axle Dump Truck Driver

We’re looking for a dependable W2 CDL Dump Truck Driver to join our growing team in Baldwin & Mobile County. The ideal candidate will have experience operating dump trucks with a 10-speed manual transmission and a solid understanding of construction site protocols. You’ll be responsible for transporting materials to and from job sites, ensuring safety and timeliness in all deliveries. Start immediately. Responsibilities Safely operate a CDL-class tri-axle dump truck, including 10-speed manual transmission Transport materials such as gravel, asphalt, and soil to and from construction sites Conduct routine pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure truck safety and compliance Communicate effectively with dispatch and job site personnel to coordinate deliveries Follow all DOT, company, and site-specific safety guidelines Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance of the vehicle Skills & Qualifications Valid CDL license (Class A or B) Current and valid DOT medical card Must pass a background check Must have a clean driving record Must take and pass a drug test at a DOT-authorized site (driver is responsible for the cost) Ability to operate a 10-speed manual transmission is required Minimum of 1 year of dump truck driving experience preferred Strong knowledge of construction materials and job site procedures Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently Available Monday through Saturday Join our team and be part of projects that keep the community moving—apply now to start immediately!
