Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (WM) Solution Architect / Design Lead
LanceSoft, Inc.We are seeking an experienced Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (WM) Solution Architect / Design Lead with deep expertise in Manhattan Active WM configuration, product functionality, and solution design. The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating business requirements into effective Manhattan design solutions, making appropriate configuration and design decisions, and understanding the downstream impact of those decisions across warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities Lead Manhattan Active WM solution design based on business and warehouse operational requirements. Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of Manhattan configuration, extensions, and overall product behavior. Translate business requirements into appropriate Manhattan design solutions. Evaluate different design approaches and understand their functional and operational implications. Understand configuration differences and limitations across Manhattan functionalities, including Pack Locations, Pick-to-Pack Locations, and capacity tracking. Provide technical design guidance throughout the design, development, testing, and deployment phases. Support new configuration and extension development, along with enhancements to existing configurations. Collaborate with configuration and extension engineering teams to ensure alignment with the overall Manhattan design. Required Skills & Experience Strong hands-on expertise in Manhattan Active WM. In-depth understanding of Manhattan product functionality and configuration. Strong knowledge of Manhattan solution design and architecture. Experience with Manhattan extensions and extension packs. Experience with ProActive. Strong understanding of APIs and integrations within Manhattan. Configuration management expertise. Experience in retail warehousing and high-volume distribution centers. Knowledge of warehouse automation and MHE integration. Prior Manhattan implementation experience. Strong understanding of warehouse operations and processes. More than 2 years of relevant Manhattan experience, with a strong focus on technical expertise.
