Manager, Supply Planning and Logistics

For our client, we are seeking a Manager, Supply Planning and Logistics to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will oversee supply planning, inventory visibility, and logistics execution across the product portfolio and external storage locations. You will partner closely with internal stakeholders and external logistics providers to keep product flowing efficiently while maintaining strong compliance with pharmaceutical supply chain requirements. The position calls for a hands-on operator who can strengthen processes, improve reporting, and support timely domestic and international shipments in a regulated environment. Location: Remote Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually Responsibilities Manage end-to-end inventory visibility across products and external storage locations Perform routine inventory reconciliations and resolve discrepancies independently Establish and maintain inventory management processes and reporting tools Coordinate domestic and international shipments from initiation to delivery confirmation Prepare and verify shipping documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations Monitor shipment progress and resolve delays while communicating with stakeholders Produce inventory and supply reports, maintaining dashboards and KPIs Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Science, Business, or a related field 5+ years of supply chain experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry Strong experience in inventory management and logistics operations Demonstrated ability to coordinate domestic and international shipments Working knowledge of pharmaceutical supply chain requirements and GxP considerations Experience with ERP/MRP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills APICS/ASCM certification (CPIM or CSCP) preferred Benefits Comprehensive health insurance, including dental and vision coverage Term life and disability coverage Retirement plans with company contributions Annual bonus and long-term incentives Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
