Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option Summary : Manages the daily operations of the department to ensure alignment with departmental and organizational objectives. Oversees management of high-value regional inventory assets through data validation, conversion coordination, and usage analysis. Responsibilities : Manages daily inventory operations for assigned region to ensure alignment with departmental and organizational objectives. Manages staff relations including performance management, staff satisfaction and conflict management. Performs and/or manages scheduling, recruitment, and payroll. Emphasizes coaching to encourage personal growth and ensure team success. Monitors departmental budgets, regulatory compliance, departmental contracts and vendor relations. Determines and justifies needs for systems/equipment/supplies purchases, monitors usage, and oversees proper working order and/or stock supplies. Manages product conversions including local stocking requests submission with distributors and vendors. Performs annual evaluation of asset inventory levels to ensure appropriate supply relative to demand. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in related field. 3 years of related experience.
