Join the Space revolution and make the impossible possible. #definingpossible Responsibilities to include, but not limited to the following: Lead a team of exempt and non-exempt employees Coordinates interdepartmental activity with Quality Assurance, Engineering, Warehousing, Traffic, Procurement, etc. Responsible for meeting direct budget targets, writing/updating work instructions, providing performance metrics, and making recommendations to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency of operations. Leads a team that has the mission statement to support all Production goals and objectives through accurate tracking, receiving, shipping with a strong focus on safety and cost efficiency. Leads the supply chain team in executing best practices and measuring performance through agreed upon Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Train and guide employees in keeping with all Northrop Grumman Values & Leader Characteristics Collaborate with various programs on projects related to material receipt, storage, issue, and transportation. Lead, coordinate, and collaborate with internal and external customers, including local, state, federal, and international agencies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in support of Space Sector programs. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree with 4 years of experience in supply chain management, project management, manufacturing, operations, or business management OR a Master’s Degree with 2 years of experience in supply chain management, project management, manufacturing, operations, or business management OR a High School Diploma/Equivalent with 8 years of experience in supply chain management, project management, manufacturing, operations, or business management Must have basic knowledge of Material Planning or Production Planning and/or equivalent Planning experience Ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the Company Preferred Qualifications: Current Special Access Program (SAP) Bachelor’s Degree Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field Ability to deal effectively with competing priorities and deadlines, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating a professional attitude. Working Knowledge of Cost Point/SAP Primary Level Salary Range: $95,000.00 - $142,600.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
