About the Opportunity: The MANAGER - SUPPLIER MANAGEMENT AND DIGITAL APPLICATIONS SUPPORT role involves leading vendor-managed support operations and building a unified Level 1 support model for digital platforms. This position drives improvements in support performance, process scalability, and cost optimization through vendor management and digital integration, directly impacting customer support efficiency and organizational transparency. Responsibilities: Lead the strategy and execution of vendor-managed support work Develop and implement a comprehensive Level 1 Support Playbook for digital products Define and track KPIs to enhance support efficiency and customer satisfaction Collaborate with Product Owners, IT, and stakeholders to identify automation opportunities Oversee vendor and Statement of Work management from scope definition to governance Conduct regular business reviews with vendors to monitor service delivery and spending Identify and reduce redundant or outdated outsourced work Partner with Finance and product teams to quantify cost savings Contribute to product integration and reporting to improve organizational transparency Drive operational excellence in vendor engagement and support operations Requirements: Bachelor’s degree with 10 years of experience or advanced degree with 7 years Experience managing multiple external vendors and SOWs including contract execution and performance governance Background in support operations with process building and KPI development Strong analytical and financial skills related to vendor spend and operational impact Experience leading business reviews and driving accountability with vendors Pay Range and Compensation Package: The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate's experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
