You support sourcing for spend categories-including sourcing execution and stakeholder management-to maximize the total value of ownership for the organization. You also work closely with local business and global spend category teams to ensure best practice sharing and driving value for the organization.
How you will contribute
You will take the lead in creating value through innovation, sustainability, risk management, quality, service, cash and productivity programs all while ensuring compliance with policies, strategies and processes. In addition, you will lead in the development and deployment of sourcing strategies and the ongoing management of supplier relationships, manage the supply base working internal and external stakeholders to ensure Mondelēz International’s competitive advantage, completely build a program with the business and suppliers that incorporates best practices, market insights, risks and opportunities, and set a clear vision for various areas, defining and delivering ambitious plans that encourage teams and stakeholders to engage not just in the destination, but also in the journey.

Job specific requirements:
· AI-Native Procurement: Harness generative AI for predictive spend analytics, automated contract review, and market intelligence to accelerate sourcing decisions.
· E-Sourcing & Orchestration: Drive end-to-end digital sourcing through digital platforms — managing RFx workflows, supplier evaluations, and e-Auctions at scale.
· Data Visualization: Translate complex procurement datasets into compelling, insight-driven dashboards using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau to enable faster, data-backed decision-making.
Travel requirements:
· Domestic and international travels ( US , Canada, Mexico) are expected for role (10% of time)
Work schedule:
Monday to Friday. Hybrid model role. 2-3 days in office
