NOW HIRING Manager / Sales / Warehouse Epoxy Depot Reno Position Overview Epoxy Depot Reno is looking for a dependable, motivated, and hardworking individual to join our team. This is a hands-on management position combining retail store operations, sales, customer service, warehouse responsibilities, and product education.We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, is sales-driven, dependable, and willing to learn our products and help grow the business. Job Responsibilities Oversee daily retail store and warehouse operations. Assist customers with product selection, pricing, and sales. Generate new business through cold calling and customer outreach. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Maintain inventory and keep the warehouse organized. Receive shipments and accurately pull, prepare, and verify customer orders. Operate a forklift safely. Maintain a professional, clean, and organized store environment. Learn epoxy products, coatings, applications, and systems to better assist customers. Assist with organizing, coordinating, and conducting epoxy product training courses. Help educate customers and contractors on products and applications. Contribute to sales growth and achieving monthly sales goals. Qualifications & Requirements Dependability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic are essential. Forklift certification required. Willingness and ability to make cold calls and generate new business. Strong customer service and communication skills. Sales-driven with the ability to build customer relationships. Willingness to learn epoxy products, applications, and systems. Willingness to assist with organizing and conducting training courses. Ability to perform hands-on warehouse duties. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and take responsibility for daily operations. Compensation & Benefits Starting Pay: $18.00 per hour. Sales Commission: 1% commission on monthly net sales exceeding $80,000. Probationary Period: 90 days. Paid Vacation: One week after one year of employment. Holiday Pay: Eligible after one year of employment. Medical Insurance: Available as part of the employee benefits package.
