Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing management role. Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety standards. Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree in a relevant field or MBA. Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies. Familiarity with ERP systems and production management software. Previous experience in the specific industry sector relevant to the company’s products. Certification in project management or production management. Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily production activities to meet established targets and deadlines. Manage and mentor production staff, including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and professional development. Implement and maintain production schedules, ensuring optimal use of resources and minimizing downtime. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies throughout the production process. Collaborate with other departments to resolve production issues, improve processes, and support new product introductions. Analyze production data and metrics to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for continuous improvement. Develop and manage budgets related to production operations, including labor, materials, and equipment costs. Lead initiatives to enhance workplace safety, reduce waste, and improve overall operational efficiency.
