Manager Procurement Operations

For our client, we are seeking a Manager Procurement Operations to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will lead procurement operations within a centralized sourcing function, with a focus on building scalable processes that support efficient, compliant purchasing. The manager will coach a team, partner across the organization, and help drive transformation efforts that improve buying discipline and operational performance. This is an opportunity to shape the way procurement is executed in a highly regulated financial services environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $131,400 – $160,300 annually Responsibilities Establish and lead a centralized buy desk within strategic sourcing Coach and develop a procurement operations team, setting clear priorities and performance expectations Design and implement standardized procurement processes and workflows Oversee daily purchasing operations to ensure compliance with vendor agreements Develop guided buying practices to streamline purchasing and reduce inefficiencies Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve procurement challenges and improve processes Lead procurement transformation initiatives, including stakeholder engagement and training Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent experience 4+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing operations, or strategic sourcing, including 1+ year in a leadership role Ability to interpret vendor agreements and translate requirements into operational controls Experience analyzing procurement data and developing actionable recommendations Benefits 401(k) company match up to 3% 4% annual contribution to your 401(k) Medical, dental, and vision coverage, including family contributions PTO program plus exchange program Tuition reimbursement program Volunteer time off plus donation match Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
