Tower Research Capital is seeking a commercially minded Procurement Manager to strengthen our global procurement and logistics capabilities. This individual will operate independently within established priorities and serve as a trusted partner to senior business stakeholders, suppliers and other support functions. Responsibilities Supporting the development and execution of end-to-end sourcing strategies, independently managing assigned initiatives from requirements gathering and market analysis through negotiation, contracting, implementation, and renewal Serving as a commercial partner to internal stakeholders, translating business requirements into actionable sourcing strategies, supplier recommendations, and execution plans Leading negotiations within agreed parameters across pricing, commercial terms, service-level agreements, performance measures, and renewals, ensuring alignment with business objectives and company requirements Developing pricing, scenario, and total-cost models while supporting forward-looking contract and renewal planning across commercial risks, obligations, performance commitments, and key milestones Independently managing and prioritizing assigned purchasing activity in partnership with Procurement Operations, ensuring responsive, accurate, and compliant execution aligned with business priorities Delivering strategic spend and category analytics across suppliers, departments, and regions, identifying demand trends, commercial risks, savings opportunities, supplier consolidation potential, and areas to increase Spend Under Management Supporting logistics and supply continuity strategies, coordinating across internal teams and suppliers to mitigate fulfillment risks, improve delivery performance, and resolve critical supply issues Supporting the evolution of a scalable global procurement operating model, including policies, governance, processes, data, controls, systems, reporting, and ITAM-related capabilities Providing execution and decision support to procurement leadership across strategic priorities, transformation programs, special projects, and time-sensitive business needs Evaluating processes, stakeholder experience, controls, and data quality to identify and implement approved improvements that increase efficiency, reduce cost, strengthen governance, and improve service delivery Qualifications A bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, finance, operations, or a related field, or equivalent practical expe…
