Manager, Procurement

For our client, we are seeking a Manager, Procurement to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space. In this remote role, you will lead procurement activities that support complex development efforts and major subcontract packages. You will partner closely with first-tier subcontractors and internal stakeholders to strengthen supplier relationships, manage high-value purchases, and support mission-critical program execution. This position also plays an important role in analyzing supplier data, assessing risk, and driving performance against key operational metrics. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $107,500 – $204,500 annually Responsibilities Lead procurement efforts for the Naval Power procurement team Foster relationships with first-tier subcontractors Analyze data and perform price analyses for supplier risk assessment Administer high-value material and service procurements Monitor and drive procurement performance to meet company metrics Qualifications Bachelor's degree required, with 8+ years of relevant experience or a Master's degree with 5+ years U.S. citizenship necessary due to access restrictions Project planning skills, including experience with MS Project or EVMS Experience in procurement involving development projects and major subcontracts Familiarity with SAP environments and technical requirements on procured services Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance Short-term and long-term disability coverage 401(k) match and flexible spending accounts Flexible work schedules and paid time off Employee assistance and scholar programs Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
