About the Opportunity: The MANAGER, ORDER MANAGEMENT leads the team responsible for transforming closed sales contracts into revenue through accurate order processing. This role ensures the integrity and efficiency of order review, invoicing, and billing support operations, directly impacting the organization's revenue flow and operational quality. The manager oversees daily operations, guides team development, and leads readiness initiatives for product and system changes. Responsibilities: Lead daily order processing activities including contract review, order entry, prioritization, and escalation management Manage and develop onshore and offshore team members with clear goals, feedback, and growth plans Establish and maintain quality standards, monitor trends, and implement improvements to reduce errors and backlogs Oversee user acceptance testing for new products, pricing models, and billing system updates Support month-end and quarter-end financial close processes ensuring data integrity and compliance Collaborate with cross-functional partners to resolve issues and enhance order-to-cash workflows Requirements: Minimum 5 years experience in order management, order-to-cash, billing operations, or revenue operations within a SaaS or similar environment Proven leadership skills in coaching, team coordination, quality assurance, or project management In-depth understanding of order entry impacts on billing, revenue recognition, collections, and reporting including compliance aspects Experience leading system readiness activities such as test planning and defect management Strong communication and operational judgment, especially under financial close pressures Pay Range and Compensation Package: Annual Base Salary Range: $127,000—$183,000 USD Benefits & Perks: Health insurance coverage including medical, dental, and vision Retirement benefits with company contributions Paid maternity leave Equal Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
