Manager or Associate Notary License or Shipping Experience

Job Title: Mailbox Store & Shipping Office Manager or Team Member Location: Granada Hills, CA Company Overview: Join our Mailbox rental and shipping store in Granada Hills! Position Summary: We are looking for dedicated and detail-oriented team members to manage various mail and package processing tasks. Ideal candidates should be organized, proactive, and possess excellent communication skills. Experience in shipping and receiving, as well as certifications in notary services or LiveScan fingerprinting, is a plus. Key Responsibilities: Receive, sort, and process all incoming and outgoing mail and packages. Custom make boxes and help with shipping. Perform sorting, photographing, scanning, labeling, and uploading of mail and packages into our database. Determine and affix postage on registered mail and packages. Handle UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, and hand-delivered packages. Provide notary services (preferred to have a notary license). Offer LiveScan fingerprinting services (preferred to have certification). Maintain responsibility, organization, and attention to detail in all tasks. Required Skills and Qualifications: Basic computer proficiency. Excellent communication skills with company personnel. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong organizational abilities. Adherence to customer rules and regulations. Proactive approach to daily tasks and problem-solving. Willingness to work hard with opportunities for income advancement. Preferred Experience: Livescan fingerprint operator experience. Notary experience. Packing and shipping experience. Postal Mate experience. Training and Certification: Opportunities to obtain LiveScan or Notary certifications after initial training. Management will provide personal training for LiveScan and notary duties once licensed.
