This leadership role oversees the hospital's mid and back-end revenue cycle operations and plays a critical role in protecting the financial health of the organization.
This position leads the Revenue Cycle Analyst team and works closely with Patient Financial Services to ensure accurate billing, strong accounts receivable performance, and compliant reimbursement across the organization.

The Manager of Revenue Cycle Operations and Integrity leads the hospitals mid and back end revenue cycle functions, ensuring accurate billing, efficient collections, and strong accounts receivable performance.
This role directs a specialized team that includes revenue integrity analysts, coding audit professionals, and payor credentialing specialists. The manager also provides leadership to Patient Financial Services operations.
The position focuses on reducing revenue leakage, improving reimbursement performance, and ensuring compliance across all revenue cycle activities.
Lead and mentor the Revenue Cycle Analyst team including revenue integrity, coding education, and payor credentialing specialists
Oversee provider enrollment and credentialing with all commercial and government payers
Supervise the Patient Financial Services Supervisor to ensure efficient billing, payment posting, and collections
Lead provider education efforts based on coding audits and documentation findings
Manage the hospital Charge Master and revenue integrity initiatives
Direct denial management and implement corrective actions across the revenue cycle
Monitor accounts receivable performance and maintain strong AR metrics
Collaborate with HIM and Patient Access leadership to improve documentation and data accuracy
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum five years of hospital or clinic business operations experience
Minimum five years of leadership or supervisory experience
Strong understanding of revenue cycle systems and medical coding, including ICD 10, HCPCS, CPT, APC, and DRG
Experience with Epic revenue cycle systems preferred
