Manager of Branch Operations

Job Summary Caribbean Coin Laundry is seeking an organized, dependable, and results-oriented Manager of Branch Operations to oversee daily branch activities and help maintain efficient, customer-focused laundry services. The ideal candidate has strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to coordinate employees, manage operational resources, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and service quality. The Manager of Branch Operations will supervise daily workflows, monitor equipment and supply needs, support customer service, coordinate staff schedules, and ensure that branch operations follow company policies and applicable safety requirements. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily branch operations to ensure efficient and consistent service. Supervise, train, and support employees in their assigned responsibilities. Develop work schedules and coordinate staffing to meet operational needs. Monitor laundry equipment and arrange maintenance or repairs when necessary. Ensure the facility, laundry machines, service counters, and customer areas remain clean and organized. Address customer questions, complaints, and service issues professionally. Monitor supplies, cleaning materials, and other operational inventory. Track daily transactions, expenses, and operational records according to company procedures. Assist with cash handling, payment reconciliation, and reporting when required. Establish and maintain procedures that support productivity, service quality, and customer satisfaction. Ensure employees follow equipment operating instructions and workplace safety practices. Identify operational challenges and recommend practical improvements. Communicate branch performance, maintenance concerns, staffing needs, and other issues to company management. Help onboard new employees and provide ongoing performance feedback. Ensure compliance with applicable workplace, sanitation, and business regulations. Perform other management and operational duties as assigned. Requirements and Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; additional business or management education is an advantage. Previous experience in operations management, retail supervision, customer service, or a related field is preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to coordinate staff and prioritize multiple responsibilities. Basic computer skills and familiarity with business records or point-of-sale systems. Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment. Ability to handle customer concerns professionally and effectively. Understanding of inventory management, equipment maintenance coordination, and workplace safety. Dependable, proactive, and comfortable working independently. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends or holidays, as operational needs require. Work Environment This position operates in a commercial laundry facility and involves supervising employees, monitoring equipment, assisting customers, and coordinating daily business activities.
