Manager, Merchandising Operations

We’re looking for a Manager, Merchandising Operations who will own day-to-day replenishment, inventory health, and supply-chain execution for a portfolio of clients. The ideal candidate balances sharp data skills with a collaborative, service-first mindset and thrives in a fast-moving environment.

Roles and Responsibilities: 

• Replenishment & Inventory Management – Monitor OTIF and in-stock metrics, correct supply gaps, and execute launches/deletes to keep inventory healthy and shelves full. 
• Supply-Chain & Forecasting Optimization – Diagnose end-to-end process issues, align demand and supply forecasts, and coordinate vendors and carriers to improve cost, service, and compliance. 
• Client & Stakeholder Engagement – Act as the day-to-day Walmart replenishment partner, translating data into actions, guiding clients on best practices, and surfacing growth opportunities with the sales team. 

Skills and Experience: 

• Direct experience at Walmart Inc. or on the supplier side supporting Walmart/Sam’s replenishment. 
• 1+ years in merchandising operations, supply chain, forecasting, or related field. 
• Proficiency with Retail Link, Scintilla, MADRID, and/or similar retailer analytics tools. 
• Advanced Excel skills and comfort translating data into clear actions. 
• Executive presence: strong communication, urgency, problem-solving, and cross-functional influence. 
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
