This role will drive significant improvements in materials processes, systems, and solutions while establishing operational plans that directly contribute to our organization's mission success. You will have the opportunity to influence key decisions across the function, lead innovation in materials characterization and process development, and mentor a team of talented engineers working on cutting-edge hardware and energetics formulations.
