We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join our Product Support and Logistics Division as a Manager, Logistics in Lafayette, IN. Our Product Support and Logistics Division (PSLD) is one of the most innovative divisions within Caterpillar. In PSLD, as within all of Caterpillar, our priority is our customers and helping them build a better world. PSLD is responsible for the worldwide distribution of Cat aftermarket parts, integrated logistics, and global service to develop and support our global dealer network and customers. Job Summary: As the Manager, Logistics , you will lead and oversees logistics and distribution operations across multiple facilities and value streams, driving efficiency, performance, and operational excellence. Additional Information: Location: Lafayette, IN (United States) Required Travel: Up to 5% (Domestic) Relocation Assistance Offered: None U.S. Work Authorization Assistance Offered: None What You Will Do: Designs and optimizes logistics plans and processes to meet internal partner needs while ensuring uninterrupted operations. Leads and develops a team of section managers and frontline leaders to effectively execute logistics activities and achieve operational objectives. Develops and maintains systems and metrics to monitor safety, quality, velocity, and cost performance, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
