Key Interfaces & Governance Serve as the primary sourcing partner to stakeholders across HR, IT, Finance, Legal, Supply Chain, and Business Units, providing category expertise, market insights, and strategic supplier guidance. Collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to drive sourcing initiatives, contract negotiations, performance management, and continuous improvement activities. Ensure compliance with procurement policies, governance standards, supplier risk management practices, delegated authority requirements, and corporate objectives. Success Measures Deliver measurable business value through cost savings, supplier performance improvements, risk mitigation, and successful sourcing outcomes. Build strong, trusted relationships with internal customers by providing responsive support and strategic guidance. You'll lead sourcing initiatives across a diverse portfolio including Travel, Fleet, Marketing, HR Services, Contingent Labor, and other Professional Services categories. This role combines strategic sourcing, supplier management, contract negotiations, spend analytics, and stakeholder engagement to deliver cost savings, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. Success requires strong business acumen, customer focus, and the ability to build trusted partnerships while identifying opportunities for innovation and efficiency. Category Management & Strategy Lead sourcing strategies across key Professional Services categories, including Travel & Meetings, Fleet, Marketing, HR Services, Contingent Labor, and IT-related services. Develop and execute category strategies that optimize cost, service, quality, and risk. Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Management Lead RFx processes, supplier selection, negotiations, contracting, and relationship management. Negotiate pricing, service agreements, and commercial terms to maximize value. Drive supplier performance, accountability, and continuous improvement. Stakeholder Partnership Collaborate with HR, IT, Finance, Legal, Supply Chain, and business leaders to align sourcing strategies with organizational priorities. Serve as a trusted advisor, supporting supplier selection, issue resolution, and service optimization.
