The estimated annual base salary range for this position is $128084 - $169711.3 Individual pay within this salary range is determined by several compensable factors, including performance, knowledge, job-related skills and experience, and relevant education or training. This role is also eligible for S&C’s annual incentive plan (AIP), subject to eligibility criteria. Join Our Team as a Manager-Global Trade Compliance & Logistics! Are you passionate about Trade Compliance & Logistics ? S&C Electric Company is seeking a dynamic individual to coordinate our Supply & Logistics function. The Manager - Global Trade Compliance & Logistics - is responsible for developing and executing outbound logistics strategies and improvement plans to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and timely delivery of materials to sites, partners, customers, and service centers. This role will oversee transportation management, carrier partnerships, order fulfillment, and delivery performance while ensuring full compliance with global trade regulations. Key Responsibilities Outbound Logistics Strategic Leadership & Execution: Develop and implement outbound logistics strategies, organizational processes, and team members to create a scalable function for growth, while optimizing transportation performance and cost efficiency Develop 3-year transformation roadmap to chart the course of global logistics to optimize systems, data, and operating processes Define organizational transportation modes, carrier selection, and route planning to enhance service levels and reduce transit times Define and utilize logistics technology, data analytics, and automation to enhance visibility and decision-making in outbound logistics Conduct risk-based analysis of import-export shipments to identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring compliance and safeguarding against regulatory violations. Leadership & People Management Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team. Role model appropriate and professional workplace behaviors, address/mediate conflicts to restore harmony, and support a positive, healthy and inclusive workplace culture in accordance with S&C's mission, vision, values and guiding principles. Manage departmental administrative team member processes including but not limited to recruitment, induction, vacation management, performance reviews, performance improvement plans, and workforce/succession planning. Proactively establish, monitor, and hold team members accountable to clear responsibilities and accountabilities, provide ongoing performance feedback, both positive and developmental, address performance gaps in a timely manner, recognize and reward achievements, and initiate decisions for corrective actions and terminations where required.
