The Amazon Leo satellite supply chain team is looking for a leader to manage and integrate the Global Category Management and Material Program Management functions, owning the end-to-end PCBA and EE/PCB component supply chain from advanced sourcing and NPI/design through production, sustaining, and end-of-life (EOL). You will lead a team focused on developing strategic commodity sourcing plans paired with materials program execution at Electronic Manufacturing Services/Contract Manufacturer partners. Your goal is to build a resilient, cost-optimized, and surge-capable supply base that keeps pace with satellite launch schedules. In this role you will align a broad set of cross-functional stakeholders and be measured on clear outcomes: supply continuity, cost reductions, dual-source resiliency, and risk mitigation identified 6+ months in advance. The ideal leader thrives in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and brings strength in negotiation, financial modeling, and developing people.
