The Fleet Manager is responsible for planning, directing, managing, coordinating and supervising the programs for safety, acquisition, assignment, utilization, maintenance, repair, fueling, replacement and disposal of all Geisinger owned and leased fleet vehicles. Fleet Manager also serves as the primary contact concerning the vehicle fleet and operations.Job Duties:

Geisinger is looking for a visionary Manager of Fleet Operations to lead the strategy, safety, and performance of our entire vehicle fleet. In this role, you’ll oversee everything from acquisition and maintenance to utilization, fueling, replacement, and disposal of all Geisinger‑owned and leased vehicles. You’ll be the key decision‑maker ensuring our teams stay mobile, our patients receive seamless care, and our fleet operates efficiently and safely every day.
Certified Fleet Manager (CFM) certification preferred.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree- (Required)Experience:
Minimum of 1 year-GPS Tracking Technology (Required), Minimum of 3 years-Related work experience (Required)Certification(s) and License(s):
