Manager

Duties Lead and motivate the retail sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service. Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and POS (Point of Sale) systems. Manage employee orientation, training & development, and scheduling to ensure a well-informed and efficient team. Conduct interviewing, recruiting, and onboarding of new staff members to build a strong workforce. Handle payroll processing, bookkeeping, cash handling, and pricing adjustments with accuracy. Supervise inventory control, stock replenishment, and purchasing activities to optimize product availability. Implement operational procedures for cashiering, customer service excellence, and store safety standards. Utilize management skills to oversee shift management, budgeting, and overall store performance. Qualifications Proven management experience within the retail industry or sales team management roles. Strong skills in negotiation, managerial communication, and leadership to guide teams effectively. Experience with recruiting, interviewing, employee orientation, and training & development initiatives. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases. Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management software, and retail math calculations. Demonstrated ability in operational management including merchandising, stock control, pricing strategies, and budgeting. Excellent organizational skills with the capacity for time management and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
