Manager, ERP Application Support (Distribution)
LaddersFor our client, we are seeking a Manager, ERP Application Support (Distribution) to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will lead a team focused on supporting ERP application users within distribution and related operational workflows. The manager will oversee day-to-day support operations, ensure service-level commitments are met, and help drive a responsive, customer-focused support experience. In addition to managing workload and team coverage, this leader will coach team members, strengthen technical capability, and partner across the organization to resolve complex issues. The position is well suited for someone with a strong blend of technical support leadership and enterprise software experience, particularly in environments tied to manufacturing, supply chain, or distribution. Success in the role will require clear communication, sound judgment under pressure, and the ability to develop a high-performing support team. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $120,000 – $135,000 annually Responsibilities Lead and develop a high-performing team of Application Support Engineers Oversee daily operations, including case assignment and workload management Ensure sufficient team coverage to meet support demand and service-level commitments Conduct performance reviews and career development discussions with team members Identify training needs and provide coaching and mentoring opportunities Foster a collaborative, customer-focused team environment Provide advanced technical support for complex customer issues Qualifications Bachelor's degree in IT, MIS, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field 5+ years of experience supporting ERP or enterprise software solutions, specifically in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Distribution 3+ years of experience managing technical support or customer success teams Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills Ability to prioritize and make sound decisions under pressure Excellent verbal and written communication skills Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills Benefits Access to healthcare benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees and dependents Employer-paid Short-term/Long-term Disability and Basic life insurance 401(k) plan with company match Paid Time Off (PTO) Opportunities for annual bonuses and stock based on performance Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
