What you'll do

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Product Manager, Inventory & Order Management to lead a high-performing team responsible for delivering innovative, scalable solutions across eCommerce fulfillment. This role owns the end-to-end product lifecycle, from vision and roadmap through delivery and performance optimization—ensuring our inventory and order management capabilities drive customer value, operational efficiency, and business growth.

The ideal candidate combines strong product leadership, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional influence to deliver measurable outcomes across complex fulfillment ecosystems.

Product Strategy & Vision

  • Define and own the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for inventory and order management capabilities

  • Identify opportunities to improve product availability, fulfillment speed, and customer experience

  • Align product direction to enterprise priorities, financial goals, and customer needs

  • Translate business problems into clear product value propositions and prioritized outcomes

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead and develop a team of Associate Product Managers

  • Provide coaching, direction, and prioritization guidance to ensure strong product execution

  • Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement

  • Partner closely with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and cross-functional leaders to deliver outcomes

Product Development & Delivery

  • Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation through delivery and optimization

  • Drive development of solutions across:

    • Inventory availability and visibility

    • Order orchestration and fulfillment optimization

    • Automated ordering, split shipment reduction, and DC utilization

  • Identify and remove bottlenecks to improve speed, quality, and scalability of delivery

Value Definition & Business Impact

  • Clearly define expected business value, customer impact, and ROI for all initiatives

  • Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) tied to product success

  • Partner with Finance and stakeholders to ensure financial integrity and cost visibility across initiatives

  • Hold the team accountable for delivering measurable business value

Continuous Improvement & Innovation

  • Identify emerging trends, technologies, and opportunities in eCommerce fulfillment and inventory management

  • Drive ongoing improvements to processes, tools, and product capabilities

  • Champion a customer-first, data-driven mindset across the product team

  • Ability to lead and support teams in adopting AI-enabled practices, building confidence and capability across the team

What you bring

  • 5–10+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally in eCommerce, retail, or supply chain domains

  • Proven experience leading teams and delivering complex digital products

  • Strong understanding of inventory management, order orchestration, and fulfillment operations

  • Demonstrated ability to define strategy and deliver measurable business outcomes

  • Advanced analytical skills with experience using data to drive decision-making

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Demonstrated AI mindset, with the ability to incorporate AI tools and capabilities into daily product management practices to drive productivity, insight generation, and decision-making

  • Experience or strong interest in leveraging AI to improve ways of working (e.g., accelerating analysis, enhancing requirements, automating workflows, improving communication)

  • Curiosity and adaptability in exploring emerging technologies, with a focus on practical application and measurable impact

  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.

  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and financial integrity.

  • Familiarity with financial modeling and budgeting processes.

  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Agile, PMP, AI) are a plus.

Broadband Salary Range: $79,000 – $131,000 CAD
Our typical hiring range is between $79,000 and $110,000. Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements. For critical roles, the compensation offering will be reviewed to ensure alignment with market rate and conditions and the unique value you bring to the role.
