This role will report to the Senior Category Manager who will work in partnership to curate the most inclusive & productive assortment for the retailer. This role requiresResponsibilities:Defining and executing the demand planning strategy for domestic and international retail channelsManage and communicate existing or potential business risk to service and working capitalAccountable for the maintaining metrics behind supply chain planning analytics (e.g., forecast accuracy, bias, pareto of item/customer demand, etc.)Create and implement statistically driven forecasting methodsProcess lead for establishing best practices with counter parts in sales, sales planning, and new product developmentRequirements:2 to 5 years’ experience within Demand Planning, Supply Planning, or Supply Chain AnalyticsOperations experience in a food, CPG, or cosmetics manufacturing company of relevant size and complexity; >$50 million revenue, high-SKU, national distribution, big box retail customer base, and rapidly changing product line / SKU mixCross-functional S&OP modeling and process leadership experience; inclusive of demand planning, supply planning, and product lifecycle managementDemonstrated experience creating, implementing, and leading cross-functional business processes from a starting point of limited maturity and sophistication; experience managing cross-functional teams. Nimble and entrepreneurial in natureExperience building driver-based forecasts for a large SKU mix with complex product lifecycles, including incrementality, cannibalization, and volume recaptureBachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Economics, or another analytical field preferred or equivalent experienceStrong working knowledge of planning process within CPG, fashion, or seasonal productsHigh drive for results and willing to work in a demanding & rapid paced environmentExcellent communication skills both verbal and writtenExcellent analytical, follow-up, and attention to detail skillsAbility to work autonomously across functions to meet deadlines and drive tasks to completionSystem implementation experience a plusExcellent Excel Skills and knowledgeAccess and SQL experience a plusProficient in Microsoft Suite (Word and PowerPoint)The base salary range for this role is listed above.Total compensation includes base salary, annual company-based performance bonus, and equity.
