What you'll do:

  • Develop and set departmental goals with AVP of Demand and Fulfillment

  • Execute the business strategy for the Demand and Fulfillment Department

  • Work cross functionally with DFMs to align/achieve shared objectives

  • Manage/support a team of high-performing Demand and Fulfillment Planners who are responsible for overseeing all daily functions relating to ordering, forecast validation, replenishment approach, distribution, product lifecycle, stocking strategies to support inventory targets, exception management, resolving store and warehouse in-stock issues

  • Accountable for identifying opportunities for continues improvement including enhancements and implementation

  • Responsible for the replacement and on-boarding of new Team members, ensuring that appropriate training and support is provided

  • Collaborate with the Merchant and Planning Teams to deliver key performance metrics

What you bring:

  • Degree and/or equivalent 5-7 years experience, with a combination of experience in retail, merchandising and cross-functional roles

  • Problem solver with the ability to analyze and prioritize to meet business objectives

  • Demonstrated ability to identify business requirements and implement change

  • Strong presentation skills

  • Demonstrated leadership and team development skills

  • Proven success in developing and maintaining relationships across operational components of Planning & Allocation, Merchants, and Supply Chain

  • Comfort and ability to deal with change and ambiguity and ability to lead others through new process/technology changes

Broadband Salary Range: $79,000 – $131,000.


Our typical hiring range is between $79,000 and $105,000. Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements. For critical roles, the compensation offering will be reviewed to ensure alignment with market rate and conditions and the unique value you bring to the role.
