The impact you’ll make Lead and evolve Lam Research's Corporate Meetings & Events capability through a balanced player-coach approach that combines strategic leadership, team development and direct event execution. This role is accountable for building a scalable operating model, leading high-visibility events, owning the Cvent platform strategy, and delivering exceptional employee and business experiences. What you’ll do Leadership & Strategy Develop and evolve the Meetings & Events strategy, service model and operating framework. Establish scalable processes, governance and standards supporting future growth. Partner with HR, Facilities, Travel, Catering, Procurement, Admin Community, Communications and business leaders. Develop and maintain various vendor relationships. Event Planning & Execution Lead high-profile executive meetings, leadership events, employee engagement programs and strategic business events. Provide hands-on event planning, budgeting, sourcing, logistics and onsite execution support. Serve as escalation point for complex or business-critical events. Consult and develop meeting & event best practices across the organization. Event Technology & Cvent Leadership Own the Meetings & Events technology ecosystem with primary responsibility for Cvent strategy, administration, adoption and optimization. Implement standardized registration, attendee communications, event websites, surveys, sourcing and reporting through Cvent. Develop dashboards and analytics providing visibility to event volume, spend, utilization and outcomes. Drive enterprise adoption of Cvent and identify opportunities to centralize event activity through technology-enabled workflows. Team Leadership & Capability Development Lead, coach and develop the Corporate Events Planner. Build organizational capability and scalable resource models. Financial Stewardship & Governance Manage budgets, contracts, suppliers and preferred vendor strategy. Improve spend visibility, compliance and event governance. Success Measures - First 12 Months Establish a documented Meetings & Events operating model and service catalog. Increase adoption and utilization of Cvent as the standard event management platform. Develop executive reporting dashboard for event volume, attendance, spend and outcomes. Successfully onboard and lead the Corporate Events Planner. Improve event governance, supplier management and spend visibility. Deliver high stakeholder satisfaction across executive, employee engagement and business events.
