• Oversee vendor functionality, processes and performance through routine meetings and issue resolution
• Manage deployment timelines and application launches with internal teams and external vendors
• Coordinate user acceptance testing, randomisation uploads and training material development
• Present IRT functionality and requirements at investigator meetings and clinical research associate training
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or eight years equivalent professional experience
• Four years biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry experience, including two years with IRT systems
• Clinical-trial IRT development experience and protocol interpretation knowledge
• ICH/GCP and regulatory guidelines knowledge
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
• Leadership, negotiation, mentoring and coaching capabilities
• Project management, problem-solving, multitasking and organisational skills
Compensation: $114,800–$187,400 annually
