Duties ✅ Oversees the management of the financial, materiel, and human resources of the Campus Services Section. ✅ Oversees the work of employees within the CCG Academy Campus Services section (Accommodation, Galley, Store, AV, Space management, security) ✅ Develops budgets and forecasts for the sector ✅ Oversees the procurement and maintenance of the various equipment and technology ✅ Oversees the logistics, storage, disposal, and loaning of a wide variety of materials, equipment ✅ Liaise with all the Academy stakeholders ✅ Work closely with onsite Real Property ✅ Maintain relation with local partners. Work environment The Canadian Coast Guard (CCG) is a special operating agency within National Defence. The Canadian Coast Guard Academy is the national maritime training facility of the Canadian Coast Guard. The CCG Academy develops and delivers specialized training and services in French and English to support our mission and mandate in marine safety, security and environmental protection. Their unique and specialized training is sought after by organizations around the world. Each year, highly trained graduates join their colleagues as Coast Guard officers to provide services that are critical to Canadians.
