We are looking for a fashion-forward, hands-on Store Manager who leads with a servant heart, drives business growth, buys beautiful products and inspires an exceptional customer experience. What You’ll Do Team Leadership & Culture: Embody a servant leadership mindset—coaching, mentoring, and building a high-performing team grounded in our core values. Sales & Profitability: Drive showroom sales targets, manage operational expenses, and analyze sales performance reports to unlock growth opportunities. Buying & Merchandising: Partner on product buying and curate showroom displays that spark inspiration and elevate the store's visual story. Marketing Collaboration: Work alongside our marketing team to develop creative promotions, events, and campaigns that bring foot traffic into the store. Floor Leadership: Model exceptional customer service by actively selling, offering in-store design advice, and jumping into any role needed to support the floor.
