Manager, Business Systems Expert (BSE) for Inventory, Warehouse Management and Logistics

For our client, we are seeking a Manager, Business Systems Expert (BSE) for Inventory, Warehouse Management and Logistics to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space. This role will lead the translation of business needs into functional and technical SAP solutions that support inventory, warehouse, shipping, and logistics operations. The position partners closely with Product Owners, end users, and 3PL providers to prioritize improvements and drive operational performance. It also supports cross-functional process optimization across enterprise systems, with a focus on practical warehouse execution and user experience. Location: Remote Compensation: $107,500 – $204,500 annually Responsibilities Translate business needs into functional and technical SAP requirements Collaborate with Product Owners and end-users to prioritize backlogs for continuous improvement Provide functional guidance across inventory, logistics, warehousing, and shipping processes Partner with 3PL providers to implement warehouse solutions for operational performance Configure SAP IM/WM modules tailored to enterprise needs Support cross-module integrations within SAP ECC and S/4HANA Analyze workflows and optimize processes to enhance user experience Qualifications Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience, or an advanced degree with 5+ years of experience 8-10 years of SAP ECC experience focusing on Inventory Management (IM), Warehouse Management (WM), and Logistics 5+ years in Agile, Scrum, or SAFe environments, with experience working with 3PL providers Hands-on experience with SAP IMG configuration and conveyor-based warehouse operations Familiarity with SAP Fiori UX framework and practical warehouse operations experience Benefits Parental leave, including paternal leave Flexible work schedules Achievement awards and recognition programs Educational assistance for career development Child/adult backup care options Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
