Responsibilities Lead and supervise the retail team, ensuring effective shift management and high levels of customer satisfaction Oversee inventory control, stock replenishment, merchandising, and product placement to maximize sales potential Manage purchasing activities, pricing strategies, and POS (Point of Sale) systems to streamline operations and enhance profitability Conduct employee orientation, training & development sessions to promote skill growth and team cohesion Handle payroll processing, bookkeeping, cash handling, and financial reporting with accuracy and attention to detail Implement operational procedures to maintain store safety standards, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with company policies Recruit, interview, and select qualified candidates while fostering a positive onboarding experience Skills Strong management skills with proven experience in retail store or sales team leadership Excellent communication skills including managerial communication, phone etiquette, and customer service excellence Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management software, and basic math for cash handling and sales calculations Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective customer engagement in diverse communities Demonstrated ability in negotiation, purchasing, pricing strategies, and sales management Supervising experience within the retail industry with a focus on team management and operational oversight Knowledge of grocery or retail store product knowledge along with merchandising and stock organization skills Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during shift management or operational duties Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork, foster employee development, and promote organizational success Join us as we strive to deliver outstanding retail experiences through energetic leadership and dedicated service.
