Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Manager to lead our retail team to success! Duties Lead and supervise retail staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating team members to ensure high performance and excellent customer service. Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and POS (Point of Sale) system management. Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, merchandising, and product placement to maximize sales opportunities. Implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns to meet or exceed sales targets. Conduct employee orientation sessions, training & development programs, and performance reviews to foster growth and engagement. Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure a positive shopping experience for all visitors. Coordinate purchasing activities, pricing adjustments, and budget management to maintain operational efficiency. Supervise cashiering duties, payroll processing, bookkeeping tasks, and administrative responsibilities with attention to detail. Utilize management skills to oversee shift scheduling, store safety protocols, and operational compliance. Employ strong communication skills for managerial meetings, team briefings, and cross-department collaboration. Qualifications Proven management experience in retail or related industries with a focus on sales team leadership. Demonstrated supervisory experience with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong knowledge of retail math, inventory management systems (POS systems), pricing strategies, and operational procedures. Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly desirable. Experience in recruiting, interviewing candidates, employee orientation, training & development programs. Familiarity with payroll processing, bookkeeping practices, cash handling procedures, and budgeting. Knowledge of retail industry sales techniques including merchandising, marketing strategies, and customer service excellence. Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively with strong time management skills. Basic math skills essential for inventory control, cash handling accuracy, and sales calculations.
