About Us: Beauty Solutions is a wholesale distributor of upscale, professional, salon products in California, Arizona, and Nevada. Our brands are only sold through licensed beauty professionals. Our locations are open Monday-Friday from 9:00am-5:30pm and are closed for all major holidays. About You: You are a dynamic leader who takes full ownership of the store’s success. You: Bring consistent encouragement and energy to the team every day Build up the people around you while holding them accountable to high standards Enjoy driving to multiple stores to support and develop team members Address performance issues directly and professionally Have difficult conversations with confidence and respect Lead by example and develop your team Drive results Experience and Requirements: 1+ year of experience managing a retail or wholesale store 1+ year of experience directly managing employees 2+ years of sales experience Reliable transportation to commute 1.5 hrs 1-2 days a week to neighboring locations Ability to regularly lift up to 40 lbs. Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word About the Position: This is a full time, 40 hour a week position, Monday through Friday. Occasionally there will be programs/meetings on Saturdays and Sunday that will require staffing. This may go beyond 40 hours. Ensuring customers receive exceptional service is the highest priority for the Resource Center Manager. Of course, that can’t occur without having a friendly, motivated, highly trained team. The Manager is responsible for hiring, training and collaborating with the sales associates to ensure success. Duties for this position: Responsible for reaching sales targets Opening procedures accomplished daily Closing Producers accomplished daily Pulling orders for customer pick-ups All daily HR issues – hiring, employee terminations, training, absence reports, employee write-ups, vacation and leave requests, manage the tasks and responsibilities of your employees Deposits reconciled and deposited daily Fulfillment of additional tasks as assigned by your manager Daily Inventory Management- stocking shelves, ordering, accurate inventory counts Cleaning and merchandising to Beauty Solutions Standard Managing Outside vendors -Maintenance people -Security company - Shipping companies – Fed-Ex, UPS any trucking companies Available after 90 Days: Medical, Dental & Vision Benefits PTO Job Type: Full-time Pay: $30.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: Management: 1 year (Preferred) Sales: 1 year (Preferred) Customer service: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
