Job Overview TRAINING: This is a role that we will train you into! We expect our managers to understand the job of who they are managing so it is a process we will teach you into, you will learn how to operate both kitchens, bussing, food running, dishwashing etc before you learn managerial duties. What to expect : We are looking for A manager to start training this year to take over during our 2027 year starting in march. During training we pay 20/hr while we will teach you everything, once the 2027 year starts in march we will have you continue to learn managerial duties and help improve upon our processes at 25/hr. Pay beyond this will be determined based on personal and business performance ranging from 25/hr-40/hr once certain benchmarks are reached. This can also include meals, insurance etc. Responsibilities Lead and supervise staff, including hiring, training, and developing team members to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding customer service Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth functioning of sales processes, inventory management, and cash handling procedures Manage employee scheduling, shift assignments, and payroll processing to optimize store coverage and efficiency Implement merchandising strategies, pricing adjustments, and stock replenishment to maximize sales potential and maintain attractive product displays Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide coaching, and facilitate ongoing training to enhance team skills and motivation Maintain inventory control through accurate stock tracking, ordering, and shrinkage prevention measures The sky is the limit... the more you can do for us, the more we can do for you.
