Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to serve as Chief of Staff, managing, synchronizing, and optimizing the Front Office Group's (FOG) strategic workflow, Knowledge Management infrastructure, Tasker Management system, talent lifecycle processes, and supporting operational activities for the PAE C3BM ASE.

• Acts as the primary orchestrator and workflow manager for all external and internal taskings and suspenses assigned to the ASE Division.
• Serves as the primary operational Liaison between the ASE Director/Deputy and external/partner organizations, including the 66th Air Base Group, PAE, AFLCMC, AFRL, AFMC, MAJCOMs, HQ USAF, and geographically separated units.
• Provides comprehensive strategic oversight and cross-functional synchronization across the FOG's functional domains: Administrative, Business, Talent Operations, and Engagement.
• Briefs senior division leadership on critical management operations, tasker performance metrics, training compliance status, KMS initiatives, onboarding pipeline readiness, and emergent program issues.

• Employee must be able to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret w/SCI clearance. Selectee is expected to be granted with and/or maintain the appropriate security clearance required for the position.

• Employee may be required to work other than normal duty hours, to include evenings, weekends and/or holidays.
• Shift work and emergency overtime may be required. May be required to work overtime on an unscheduled or emergency basis.

• Position is designated special-sensitive and requires a TOP SECRET (TS) security clearance with eligibility for access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI), other intelligence-related Special Sensitive information, (continued)
• (Continuation) or involvement in Top Secret Special Access Programs (SAP) to fully perform the duties and responsibilities of the position. A non-disclosure agreement must be signed.
• The employee must, within 30-days of assuming this position and by 31 October annually thereafter, file an OGE-450, Confidential Financial Disclosure Report. Employee is required to attend annual ethics and procurement integrity training.
