Deliver high-demand temperature-controlled store inventory throughout the region while keeping your weekly revenue stable and sleeping in your own bed every day. Compensation & Bonus Incentives: Base mileage rates scale strictly by experience from $0.45 to $0.54 CPM (protected by guaranteed short-haul minimum pay bands ranging from $41 to $96+ per trip) plus $20 per stop . Pocket a $2,500 sign-on bonus ($250 paid after load 1). Orientation pays $50 for classroom prep plus $100/day for 2–3 days of ride-along training. Lanes & Cargo Specifications: Deliver 100% zero-touch refrigerated freight to retail store yards across SC, NC, TN, and VA (all runs operate within a 300-mile radius of the Henderson terminal). Log roughly 1,250 weekly miles across 1–3 daily routes (1–3 stops per run) in slip-seat day cabs. Heavy freight volume runs Wednesday through Saturday with late evening dispatches (starts between 8:00 PM and 11:00 PM).
