POSITION OVERVIEW We are seeking a self motivated individual to support production through basic maintenance tasks, shipping and receiving. As a vital member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company’s Preventative Maintenace Plan. The Maintenance Technician is a team player who consistently seeks ways to enhance company services by supporting team members and overall company operations. QUALIFICATIONS High school or GED diploma Hard worker and dependable Team Player Pass a physical and drug screening Valid Drivers License Able to be covered under Target Precision's Auto Insurance Policy Experience in similar positions is a plus WORKING ENVIRONMENT The Maintenance Technician works in a changing environment that adjusts to daily needs. Periodically, the environment may be fast paced with interruptions, distractions, and deadlines. The Maintenance Technician must be flexible and able to adjust to changing needs or activities. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Must be able to continually stand, walk, bend, stoop, and/or climb throughout a shift. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Must have adequate sight/hearing or use prosthetics to fulfill position requirements. Must be able to cope with mental and emotional stress of position. DUTIES Driving for local deliveries and pickups Building shipping crates for varying sized custom mold bases Ensuring incoming material is correct and properly stored Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines and tools to guarantee consistent performance Collaborate with other team members on special projects that will enhance the company’s performance Help develop and execute a 3S plan Perform facility maintenance tasks Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour Benefits: Health insurance Paid time off Retirement plan Shift availability: Day Shift (Required) Ability to Relocate: Linesville, PA 16424: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
