Role Details:

Reporting to the Stores Manager, you’ll oversee the maintenance inventory to support operational continuity. This role combines hands-on inventory management with data accuracy and stakeholder engagement. This is a fulltime, permanent position on day shift.

• Oversee end-to-end inventory processes, including Material Mastering and MRP replenishment.
• Maintain accurate records in SAP and IFS systems.
• Expedite spares, manage stocktakes, and ensure timely parts availability.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external suppliers for quotes, purchasing, and delivery.
• Support site shutdown planning and respond to urgent breakdown requirements.
• Occasionally operate a forklift (training provided if required).

What You Will Bring: 

• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical parts.
• SAP experience highly advantageous
• Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain).
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong computer skills (Excel, SAP) and attention to detail.
• Experience in heavy manufacturing, IFS systems, and mechanical experience desirable.
