Maintenance Planner / Storeroom Clerk
IperionXOverview IperionX is seeking a Maintenance Planner / Storeroom Clerk to join our team at IperionX's Titanium Manufacturing Campus in the Southern Virginia Technology Park. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our maintenance team by planning work, managing inventory, coordinating parts availability, and improving maintenance systems and processes. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys creating order, solving problems, and helping operations run smoothly. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: Coordinate and schedule preventive maintenance activities Create and maintain maintenance work orders and job plans Track maintenance backlog and support work prioritization Manage maintenance parts inventory and perform cycle counts Receive, organize, and issue maintenance materials and supplies Maintain accurate inventory and maintenance records Support purchasing activities and vendor coordination Help implement and improve CMMS and inventory management systems Drive process improvements, standardization, and data accuracy Requirements and Qualifications 2+ years of experience in maintenance planning, inventory management, storeroom operations, maintenance administration, or a related field Manufacturing or industrial experience preferred Strong organizational and time management skills Experience with Microsoft Excel and business software Ability to learn and support CMMS and inventory systems Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Excellent communication and teamwork skills About IperionX Titanium metal is prized for its strength, light weight, and corrosion resistance.
