As a Maintenance Planner/Scheduler, you create chemistry by... Planning, coordinating, and optimizing maintenance activities to support safe, reliable, and cost-effective plant operations. Scheduling and prioritizing maintenance work to maximize asset reliability, equipment availability, and operational performance. Ensuring maintenance activities are properly scoped, resourced, and prepared for efficient execution. Collaborating with Operations, Engineering, Procurement, and contractors to align maintenance priorities and execution plans. Managing maintenance workflows and planning processes within SAP to support effective work management and compliance. Driving continuous improvement initiatives that enhance maintenance efficiency, equipment uptime, and overall plant performance. Serving as the primary liaison between maintenance execution teams and key stakeholders to ensure clear communication and successful work completion. If you... Have a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field with at least three years of relevant experience, or a Technology Diploma/trade certification with eight or more years of industrial maintenance experience. Have experience in an industrial or manufacturing maintenance environment, with a strong understanding of maintenance planning and scheduling processes. Are proficient with Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) systems, preferably SAP PM. Have experience developing and managing maintenance plans and schedules, including medium-term planning horizons. Can effectively coordinate maintenance activities with operations, engineering, procurement, contractors, and other stakeholders. Possess strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to track, analyze, and report key maintenance performance metrics. Demonstrate knowledge of safe work practices and EHS requirements, along with strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
