Maintenance Parts & Inventory Coordinator

We are seeking a dependable and organized Maintenance Parts & Inventory Coordinator to support our Family owned food manufacturing facility. This position is responsible for maintaining maintenance inventory, ordering part and supplies, and ensuring technicians have the materials needed to minimize downtime and keep production running efficiently. Responsibilities · Manage maintenance parts inventory and storeroom organization · Order, receive and track maintenance parts and supplies · Maintain accurate inventory records in Limble maintenance program · Monitor stock levels and reorder critical spare parts · Work closely with maintenance, production and purchasing team · Assist with cycle counts and physical inventories · Support preventative maintenance operations by ensuring parts availability · Follow all GMP, food safety and workplace safety requirements Qualifications · 2+ years of inventory purchasing, maintenance or manufacturing experience preferred · Food manufacturing experience strongly preferred · Knowledge of maintenance parts, tools and equipment · Experience with Limble maintenance inventory program preferred · Strong organizational and communication skills · Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment · Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Benefits · Full time position · Medical, dental and vision available after 90 days · PTO and paid holidays · Growth opportunities We are looking for a dependable, organized person with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
