Maintenance and Shipping

Maintenance & Shipping We are looking for a dependable, organized, and motivated individual to join our team in a part-time role, roughly 15-20 hours per week, with a flexible schedule. This position will assist with daily facility operations, inventory management, basic building upkeep and maintenance, and order fulfillment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, takes pride in keeping an organized and clean workspace, and enjoys hands-on work in a small-team environment. Responsibilities Inventory Management: Receive, organize, and maintain inventory; help keep stock areas organized and up to date. Shipping & Fulfillment: Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment; ensure orders are accurate and packaged properly. Shop Maintenance: Keep the shop, offices, bathrooms and storage areas clean, organized, and presentable. This would also include the outdoor area. General Support: Assist with other day-to-day tasks and projects as needed to help the business run efficiently. Delivery/Pickup: Would periodically be required to deliver and pickup product. A valid driver’s license is required. A CDL is NOT required. Qualifications Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Comfortable with hands-on, physical work, including standing, lifting, and moving inventory as needed. Must be comfortable driving a forklift. Willingness to learn and take initiative. Previous experience in inventory, shipping or warehouse work is helpful but not required. Must have some computer experience. Schedule & Work Environment This hourly position offers approximately 15–20 hours per week, with a schedule that may vary depending on workload and business needs.
