Mail Order Fulfillment Associate

We are a family-owned and operated small business serving Northern Colorado for over 60 years! Our Windsor Bakehouse serves six locations across the Front Range. We are looking for associates with early morning, afternoon, and early evening availability. This is a part-time position averaging approximately 25 hours per week , with additional hours likely needed during our busy holiday season (mid-November through mid-December). Additional hours may also be available for individuals willing to assist with bakery production or deliveries. What You Will Be Doing:General Job Duties The primary duty of the Mail Order Fulfillment Associate is to support the team with the day-to-day operations of processing, packaging, and shipping customer orders. This includes managing incoming orders, preparing shipments, organizing inventory, and ensuring orders are completed accurately and on time. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a positive, team-oriented attitude are essential in this role. This is a hands-on, physical position that requires lifting, moving products, and keeping the workspace clean and organized. Flexibility and a willingness to assist with additional tasks, including bakery production, gift box preparation, and occasional deliveries, are highly valued. Order Fulfillment: Access, process, and print customer orders through Shopify or other order management systems. Packing & Shipping: Accurately pull products, wrap and package orders, print shipping labels, and prepare shipments for UPS pickup. Inventory Management: Monitor, stock, and organize products, packaging materials, and shipping supplies. Corporate Gift Orders: Assemble, package, and prepare corporate gift boxes and bulk orders for shipment or delivery. Workspace Organization: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, including breaking down boxes, disposing of trash, and restocking supplies. Physical Handling: Lift and carry products weighing up to 40 pounds, including transporting packages up and down stairs. Basic Computer Operations: Operate computers, printers, and shipping software, including performing basic troubleshooting when necessary. Experience with Shopify is a plus, but not required . Basic computer proficiency is expected. Team Support: Assist with additional production and packaging tasks, such as bagging candy, packaging cookies, and preparing gift box products.
