The opportunity You’ll join our Administrative & Workplace Services (AWS) team helping to support the important business enablement functions that keep our organization running strong. As a driven administrative professional, you will work across teams to provide the knowledge, resources and tools that help EY deliver exceptional quality service to our clients, win in the marketplace and support EY’s growth and profitability. This job posting relates to an existing vacancy within our organization. Your key responsibilities As a Mail/Courier Clerk you are responsible for incoming and outgoing documents and packages, alongside backup support for our print shop productions. You are a driven workplace services professional who enjoys working in tandem with your colleagues while striving to understand and anticipate customer’s needs to exceed expectations. Your key responsibilities also include Mail/Courier: sorting, distributing documents & packages, as well as preparing documents & packages for delivery, including heavy/awkward parcels Organization: Keep mailroom space organized and tidy Supply provisioning & inventory control: Order and maintain mail/courier supplies Provide backup support to print production operations: preparing files for print, scanning, operating production equipment such as printers, cutters and laminators. Interact with internal clients in person, and via email to capture specifications and expedite work orders Perform physical tasks such as lifting print or mail materials and standing for extended periods Support with other occasional duties as assigned Overtime required as needed This position is fully on-site and requires the individual to work from the Toronto office.
