Summary The Sanmina Fremont facility is a full-service enclosure systems solution manufacturing plant. Located in California’s Silicon Valley, this facility produces low-to-mid volume New Product Introduction (NPI) runs to full-scale volume. The Fremont facility offers everything from small piece parts to fully integrated and tested systems. In addition, this location offers in-house painting capabilities and flexible logistics solutions in distribution, inventory management and hubbing, as well as repair services. What You'll Do This position is responsible for cutting products at a Manufacturing company using common application techniques and products. Set up and operate CNC mills and manual saws/mills to cut and trim metallic and nonmetallic work pieces according to specifications. Select and install cutting blades for saws, using hand tools Verify dimensions of finished work piece, using measuring devices. Deburr or polish finished work piece. Manual drilling of work piece. Perform quality work checks to ensure the product meets quality standards Perform Helicoils ,Rib nuts, hardware installations Maintain a clean and safe work area Material Handling: Includes driving forklift, putting away material in designated areas, keep levels of material in stock and organized, and ordering of material. Communicate needs with Purchasing Department What You'll Bring High School Diploma. Requires a minimum of 1-2 years of work-related experience. Ability to read a tape measure to 1/16 of an inch. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Previous saw operations experience, preferred (We will train the right candidate). Ability to stand regularly and frequently lift or move up to 75 pounds. Must be able to walk, bend, reach, push, twist, lean, squat and pull as necessary. Good communication skills. Detail orientation, value accuracy. The base pay range for this role is between $49,920 and $60,320 ($24.00 - $29.00) per hour, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
