Responsibilities Deliver professional makeup applications tailored to each client’s preferences and occasions, demonstrating technical skill and creativity. Conduct engaging product demos to educate customers on new launches, tools, and techniques, fostering confidence in their beauty routines. Provide exceptional customer service by listening attentively, understanding individual needs, and offering personalized recommendations. Manage retail sales efficiently using POS systems like Millennium and salon software to process transactions accurately while upselling products to enhance customer satisfaction. Maintain visual merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring the store environment is inviting and aligned with brand guidelines. Utilize social media management skills to promote new products, share looks, and connect with clients online to build a loyal community. Handle cash handling responsibilities with professionalism, including cashiering duties and retail math calculations for daily reconciliation. Support inventory management through stock replenishment and organization, ensuring product availability at all times. Uphold excellent phone etiquette when engaging with clients remotely or scheduling appointments, maintaining clear communication at all times. Assist at the front desk by greeting guests warmly and managing appointment bookings efficiently with organizational skills and time management. Experience Proven experience in makeup artistry or cosmetology with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse looks and techniques. Familiarity with retail sales environments, including POS systems such as Millennium or similar salon software platforms. Multilingual abilities are highly valued to connect with our diverse customer base effectively. Strong communication skills in English; bilingual capabilities are a plus for serving a broader clientele. Knowledge of social media management tools for content creation and engagement strategies. Experience in beauty & cosmetics sales, upselling techniques, and product demonstrations that drive sales growth. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and inventory management tasks. Excellent organizational skills coupled with time management abilities to handle multiple responsibilities seamlessly.
