Luxury Transportation Sales Concierge
DS LuxuryEmployment type and schedule Full-time or part-time Compensation $21-$25/hr, plus commission, tips, and bonus eligibility Overview DS Luxury is hiring a Sales Concierge for our transportation team at Trump International Hotel & Tower Chicago, a Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star hotel. You’ll help hotel guests, residents, and private clients choose and reserve transportation, then own the details from the first quote through the final pickup. This role combines sales, hospitality, and live dispatch. On a busy evening, you might arrange a last-minute airport transfer, follow up on a private chauffeur quote, and find a replacement vehicle when plans change. We’re looking for someone who can make a sound decision quickly, communicate it with warmth, and follow through until the guest is taken care of. Duties Welcome guests in person and respond promptly to calls, texts, and hotel referrals. Ask the right questions about timing, luggage, passenger count, and accessibility needs before recommending a vehicle or service. Sell and confirm neighborhood rides, airport transfers, hourly chauffeur service, and special-event transportation. Quote rates and fees accurately, send secure payment links, and follow up on open inquiries. Build relationships with residents, repeat guests, and hotel teams. Anticipate needs such as a return ride after dinner and recommend additional services when they fit the guest’s plans. Coordinate with chauffeurs, dispatch, the hotel concierge, front desk, and door team. Confirm vehicle assignments, pickup locations, and trip details so every handoff is clear. Take ownership when a flight is delayed, a vehicle becomes unavailable, or a guest raises a concern. Communicate early, offer realistic options, and escalate decisions when needed. Keep FareHarbor current with booking details, payment status, and assigned DS Luxury crew. Review upcoming trips and give the next shift a clear handoff on anything still open. Protect guest information and handle VIP requests with discretion. What you’ll bring Guest-facing hospitality experience in a hotel, private club, fine dining, executive transportation, or a comparable service environment. Experience selling services, converting inquiries into paid bookings, or managing reservations with responsibility for quotes and follow-through. Polished communication in person, by phone, and in writing. You can give a clear answer and maintain a gracious tone when several guests need help at once. Reliable attendance, attention to detail, and sound judgment about what you can resolve independently and when to bring in a manager. Experience at a luxury hotel or Forbes Travel Guide-rated property is preferred. Familiarity with FareHarbor or a similar reservation system is a plus. How to apply Submit your resume and shift availability. Include a brief example of a time you earned a booking or solved a last-minute guest problem.
